Are ticket prices the same as the official museum price?
No. TicketRoam uses a dynamic pricing model. Because ticket availability is limited, prices may change based on demand, date, time, and remaining inventory.
Prices may vary by date and time and may be above the original face value.
Is TicketRoam the official museum website?
No. TicketRoam is an independent ticket marketplace. We are not affiliated with any museum, venue, attraction, or official box office.
What does “timed-entry ticket” mean?
A timed-entry ticket is valid for a specific date and entrance time.
You may not enter before your scheduled time. In many cases, venue staff may allow entry after your scheduled time on the same date, but this is subject to the venue’s entry rules and staff discretion.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported checkout options.
When will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will be delivered no later than 7 days before your visit. If your visit is less than 7 days away, we’ll deliver them as soon as possible.
Your order is protected by TicketRoam’s buyer guarantee. If there is an issue with your ticket, we’ll work to provide valid replacement tickets for the same date and time.
How will my tickets be delivered?
Tickets are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. You will receive your tickets no later than 7 days before your visit, and often earlier depending on availability.
What should I do if I entered the wrong email address?
Please email support@ticketroam.com as soon as possible with your correct email address.
Once we receive your request, we will update the delivery email and send your tickets to the corrected address.
I haven’t received my tickets. What should I do?
First, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
If your tickets are still not there and your visit is less than 7 days away, please contact our support team at support@ticketroam.com.
We guarantee that we will provide valid tickets for the date and time you selected or resolve the issue under our buyer guarantee.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No. You can either print your tickets or show the QR code on your phone. Both are accepted.
Can I enter before my scheduled time?
No. You cannot enter before your scheduled time.
You may be allowed to enter after your scheduled time on the same date, but this is subject to the venue’s entry rules and staff discretion.
Do I need ID to enter?
No. You do not need to show ID to enter. You only need your ticket, either printed or displayed on your phone.
Is there an audio guide?
Yes. Each ticket includes an audio guide tour.
Can I dispute an order and get a refund?
Every ticket sold through TicketRoam is covered by our buyer guarantee.
If your ticket is invalid, we will work to provide valid replacement tickets for the same visit, date, and time. If we cannot provide replacement tickets, we will resolve the issue under our buyer guarantee.
If the visit is canceled and not rescheduled, you may choose either:
- 120% credit toward a future purchase; or
- A full refund of the amount paid.
Can I request tickets for a date not listed?
If tickets are not listed for a specific date, they are not currently available. However, they may become available in the future.
