TicketRoam is an independent ticket marketplace. We are not affiliated with any museum, venue, attraction, event organizer, or official box office. Ticket prices may be above or below the original face value.

All sales are final once an order is placed, except where a refund is required by law or expressly allowed under this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

Because tickets are time-sensitive and limited-quantity products, we generally do not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or store credit after purchase.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Change of mind
- Travel changes
- Late arrival
- Failure to attend
- Duplicate purchases made by the customer
- Tickets purchased for the wrong date, time, venue, city, or attraction
- Failure to review ticket details before purchase
- Weather, unless the venue, attraction, or event organizer officially cancels admission
- Denied entry caused by the customer’s actions, including missing ID, violation of venue rules, dress code issues, intoxication, security refusal, or arriving outside the permitted entry window

2. When Refunds May Be Issued

A refund may be issued only in the following situations:

- The event, attraction, or admission is officially canceled and no replacement date, alternative admission, or credit is provided
- TicketRoam is unable to fulfill your order
- The tickets delivered are materially different from what was purchased
- The tickets are invalid, and you provide reasonable evidence from the venue, attraction, or organizer confirming they were not accepted
- A refund is required under applicable law

3. Postponed or Rescheduled Events

If an event, attraction, or admission time is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will usually remain valid for the new date or time.

Refunds are not guaranteed for postponed or rescheduled events unless the original provider, venue, attraction, organizer, or applicable law allows a refund.

4. Digital Ticket Delivery

Most tickets are delivered electronically. Once tickets have been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

TicketRoam is not responsible for issues caused by:

- Incorrect email addresses entered at checkout
- Failure to check spam, junk, promotions, or other email folders
- Customer inability to access email or mobile wallet apps
- Device, internet, or software issues

5. Review Your Order Before Purchase

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing payment, including:

- Event, attraction, or venue name
- Date and time
- Location
- Quantity
- Ticket type
- Entry restrictions
- Delivery method
- Total price, including fees

By placing an order, you confirm that the order details are correct.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing times vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. TicketRoam cannot control how long your financial institution takes to post the refund after it has been issued.

7. Fees

Service fees, processing fees, delivery fees, and other non-ticket charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.

If a refund is approved, TicketRoam may deduct non-refundable costs already incurred, unless prohibited by applicable law.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us so we can review the issue.

If a chargeback is filed for an order that was properly fulfilled under this policy, TicketRoam may provide order records, delivery confirmation, ticket details, and customer communications to the payment processor.

9. How to Request a Refund Review

To request a refund review, contact us at:

Please include:

- Your full name
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Event, attraction, or ticket name
- Reason for the request
- Any supporting evidence, such as screenshots, venue emails, or written confirmation from the venue, attraction, or organizer

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled event, attraction visit, or admission date. Requests submitted after this period may be denied.

10. Policy Updates

TicketRoam may update this Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law.
