Welcome to TicketRoam. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TicketRoam website, online store, checkout, ticket marketplace, customer support, and related services.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. About TicketRoam

TicketRoam is an independent ticket marketplace. We help customers purchase timed-entry tickets for museums, attractions, events, and similar experiences.

TicketRoam is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the Anne Frank House or any museum, venue, attraction, event organizer, or official box office unless clearly stated otherwise.

Tickets may be priced above face value.

2. Eligibility

By using TicketRoam, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or contacting us.

3. Ticket Listings and Availability

Ticket availability, prices, dates, times, descriptions, and other listing details may change at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate ticket information, but we do not guarantee that all information on the website will be free from errors, omissions, delays, or availability changes.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes, fees, and charges.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or review any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, ticket availability issues, payment issues, or violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting payment, including ticket date, ticket time, quantity, email address, and billing information.

5. Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically by email.

Unless otherwise stated, your PDF ticket will be emailed to you no later than 7 days before your visit. If your visit is less than 7 days away, we will work to deliver your ticket as soon as possible before your scheduled visit.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout and monitoring your inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder.

TicketRoam is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, email filtering, customer mailbox issues, or other factors outside our control.

6. Using Your Ticket

You are responsible for bringing and presenting your ticket at the venue or attraction entrance.

No printing is required unless specifically stated. In most cases, you may show your PDF ticket on your phone.

Admission is ultimately controlled by the venue, attraction, museum, event organizer, or official entry staff. TicketRoam does not control venue policies, entry decisions, opening hours, security procedures, accessibility rules, age restrictions, prohibited items, or other on-site requirements.

You are responsible for arriving on time for your selected date and time.

7. TicketRoam Buyer Guarantee

Your order may be protected by TicketRoam’s buyer guarantee.

If there is an issue with your ticket, we will work to provide valid replacement tickets for the same date and time where reasonably possible.

If we are unable to provide valid replacement tickets for the same date and time, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to our review and applicable policies.

The buyer guarantee does not cover issues caused by customer error, including missed entry times, failure to attend, incorrect email address, failure to check email, failure to follow venue rules, denied entry due to customer conduct, or other circumstances outside TicketRoam’s control.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Because tickets are purchased for a specific date and time, all sales are generally final once an order is confirmed.

Refunds, cancellations, or replacements may be considered only where required by law, where stated in our Refund Policy, or where covered by TicketRoam’s buyer guarantee.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Service fees, processing fees, or other charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Pricing and Fees

Ticket prices may be above or below the original face value.

Prices, fees, taxes, and availability may change without notice. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout when you place your order, subject to correction for obvious errors or technical issues.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel affected orders, or contact you for further instructions before accepting an order.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate order and contact information.

Review your selected ticket date, time, quantity, and email address before placing an order.

Check your email for ticket delivery and order updates.

Contact us promptly if you notice an issue with your order.

Follow all venue, museum, attraction, event, safety, security, and entry rules.

Not misuse, duplicate, alter, resell, or fraudulently use any ticket purchased through TicketRoam.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services:

For unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.

To interfere with website security, checkout, payments, or ticket delivery.

To scrape, copy, extract, or harvest website content or customer information.

To submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information.

To impersonate another person or entity.

To attempt unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, payment flows, or services.

To violate the rights of TicketRoam, Shopify, venues, customers, or third parties.

We may suspend access, cancel orders, refuse service, or take other action if we believe these Terms have been violated.

12. Third-Party Services

TicketRoam is powered by Shopify, which provides ecommerce, checkout, hosting, payment, analytics, and related services.

Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, card networks, banks, or other third-party payment providers.

By using our website and checkout, you acknowledge that third-party providers may process information and transactions according to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Relationship with Shopify

TicketRoam is responsible for sales made through our store. Shopify provides technology and platform services that help us operate our website and checkout.

Shopify is not responsible for ticket availability, ticket delivery, venue admission, refunds, cancellations, customer support, or disputes between you and TicketRoam, except where Shopify is directly responsible under its own applicable terms.

14. Third-Party Websites and Venue Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites, including official venue websites, museum websites, payment providers, Shopify services, or other external resources.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, pricing, availability, privacy practices, terms, or services.

You should review third-party policies before using their websites or services.

15. Intellectual Property

The TicketRoam website, branding, text, graphics, design, layout, logos, and other content are owned by TicketRoam or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, sell, or exploit any part of the website or services without our prior written permission.

16. Feedback and Communications

If you submit feedback, reviews, suggestions, comments, messages, or other content to TicketRoam, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute that content for business, support, operational, marketing, and service improvement purposes, subject to applicable law.

You agree that any information you submit will be accurate and will not violate the rights of others.

17. Privacy

Your use of TicketRoam is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, placing an order, or contacting us, you acknowledge that personal information may be collected, used, shared, and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

18. Errors and Service Changes

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

We may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without notice.

We are not responsible for website downtime, technical issues, payment processing delays, email delivery issues, or other interruptions outside our reasonable control.

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TicketRoam disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, error-free operation, specific ticket availability, venue admission decisions, or that any venue will operate as scheduled.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TicketRoam and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, travel costs, accommodation costs, missed events, or other losses arising from your use of the website, services, or tickets.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid to TicketRoam for that specific order, unless a higher amount is required by law.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TicketRoam, Shopify, and our respective owners, employees, contractors, service providers, affiliates, and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website or services, your violation of law, your violation of third-party rights, or your conduct at a venue or attraction.

22. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, contact us first at support@ticketroam.com so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.

You agree not to submit false or misleading chargeback claims. We may provide order records, ticket delivery records, customer communications, website terms, and other relevant evidence to payment processors, banks, card networks, or dispute resolution providers.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TicketRoam is registered or headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts or dispute resolution forum with proper jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the updated version on this page.

Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
